10 Awesome tips to Grow Your YouTube Channel quickly?

YouTube is the most popular and widely used Video site in the world.

And why it wouldn’t be?

People like you and me use it every day either for entertainment or to learn something.

It deserves to be where it’s today because of great content availability and is open for the content providers to create and share their content on this platform.

They don’t only offer a great platform but also pay its content creators their share of money that YouTube made by showing ads on their video content.

You can attract viewers, can become an influencer, generate leads for your business and of course, can make money from the Ads.

But now the question arises that once you have created a YouTube Channel, prepared the content, added the video.

Now how to get attention from your audience and generate more views?

In other words, how to boost your content in YouTube and get the attention it deserves.

Here are the tips that you can use to make your channel more popular

1. Create Channel Art.

Design an Awesome channel art which beautifully describes your channel and its content. A great channel art describes not only what content its subscribers can expect to arrive but they go an extra mile explaining what days or month they put in the new videos.

Then, add your social media channels in it which are also clickable in Channel art and get you more social media followers.

So, you can use your channel art to get your target audience to subscribe to your channel.

2. Topic Research:

Before you start creating new content, do brainstorming and research what your audience is looking for or in other words, what’s trendy and popular in your field.

Don’t just stop here. So, What do you need to do now?

Research for the relevant keywords which are popular and create content around them.

For example, if you are a Digital Marketer and want to create videos explaining about Social media so use the keywords such as social media, social media marketing in your content to get extra views & subscribers as now more people will be able to discover you.

3. Create great content.

Prepare the high-quality content that educates, motivates and also entertains your audience & Create High-Quality HD videos with great sound.

4. Look after the Audio.

Another very important thing you must make sure it’s correct is audio. Your audio must be clear and easy to understand. Consider investing in audio equipment.

5. Design nice Thumbnail.

Yes, you heard it right!

You definitely need a great thumbnail that attracts viewers. But make sure don’t spam or false promise because that will not benefit you and instead will get you more dislikes and you will start losing your subscriber’s too.

Instead, use a thumbnail that describes your video and why your viewers need to watch it.

6. Great Video Title.

Once you have finished uploading your video, add a great title & put your keyword in it. Think it of like an SEO title.

Add a title that explains what the video is all about. Don’t give false promises just to get the views because that doesn’t work on a long term.

7. Add YouTube tags.

Don’t forget to add YouTube tags to your view when you are in creator studio. Use as many tags as possible related to your video including your name.

For example, in my video about Content Marketing where I have explained “How to write a great content for the web” I have added the tags related to the video which are:

1. Added the exact same video title as a tag.

2. Content Marketing

3. Channel Name – Lokesh Kaushik

4. Digital Marketing

& so on. So, now you got the idea what you need to add in tags. Leverage this space by making sure you add this information and you will surely see better results.

8. Be Consistent.

Create a content on a consistent basis and not like once you add a video in a week and then the next video you are adding a month later won’t work very well.

Also, your subscribers won’t know when to expect a new video from you. If you post 1 video a week then stick to that and try to post 1 video every week when you can.

So, make sure you are consistent and try to stick to your schedule.

9. Increase Watch Time.

Add a video which is at least longer than 5 minutes. The reason is the YouTube algorithm sees that the video & thinks it useful based on its watch time and so starts recommending it to the audience who likes watching similar videos.

10. Create a Playlist:

You can create a playlist of the similar type of videos to encourage people to watch more. Keep your videos under categories and thus makes it easier for the audience to find the relevant videos to watch.
