How to reset WordPress database?
At some time, we all have encountered the need to reset the database to make WordPress fresh again. Now, there may be variety of reasons like you are not satisfied with the current template, theme, design or anything else. Now, you might think of deleting one by one but it may take quite long time to do that. So, you might me thinking how to do that. Well that’s really easy using the WordPress plugin called “WordPress Database Reset”. I will give you step by step instructions, just follow along and you will be fine.
- Download the plugin known as “WordPress database reset” By Chris Berthe. Go to “Plugins and then “Add new”
- Then Go to “tools” then select “Database reset“.
- You will see this screen shown below. Select the database tables you would like to reset. In this case I have Selected all. Choose according to your requirement.
- Enter the security code into the box, which is something like this f7daa.
- Then the final step. Select the option if you want to reactivate the current theme and plugins after reset.
